The ZLYJ plastic extruder special reducer series is mainly used in conjunction with plastic extruders, and can also be used as a transmission component for other main engines that need to withstand large axial thrust as the output shaft according to user needs. This series of products is designed and manufactured according to the JB/T9050.1-1999 standard.

The characteristics of the product are:

1. The gear (shaft) is made of high-strength alloy steel and processed by carburizing, quenching, and grinding. The gear has high precision and hardness.

2. Equipped with thrust bearings with high load-bearing capacity. All bearings are designed and configured for continuous operation for more than 5 years.

3. Except for small-sized products, all are equipped with forced lubrication and cooling systems.

4. The ZLYJ series adopts a six sided machining box body, which can be installed horizontally or vertically with appropriate improvements.

5. High transmission efficiency, low noise, and can operate continuously for a long time.

The ZSYJ series reducer is a high-precision hard toothed belt thrust seat transmission component designed for plastic screw extruders. The product design adopts various technical specifications specified in ZBJ19009-88. Its characteristic is that the gear and shaft parts are made of high-strength alloy steel material. Gears are processed through carburizing, quenching, and grinding processes. The gear accuracy is GB10095-88, level 6. Tooth surface hardness HRC54~68. A large-sized thrust bearing is installed at the front end of the hollow input shaft to withstand the axial thrust of the screw during operation. The whole machine has the characteristics of small size, high load-bearing capacity, smooth transmission, low noise, and high efficiency.
