Product reference ISO/TR13593:1999 industrial closed gear transmission device.  

The gear accuracy standard adopts GB/T10095-2001 (equivalent to ISO1328-1995).  

The calculation of gear transmission strength follows the GB3480-1997 (equivalent to ISO6336-1~3:1996) method for calculating the load capacity of involute spur gears and helical gears.  

The quality level of gear materials and heat treatment shall be in accordance with the strength and quality of materials in Part V of ISO6336-1996, with high-level ME control.  

The overall technical performance standard level is higher than the building materials industry standard JC/T878.4-2001.  

2： Technical features

This series of vertical mill reducers is widely used in industries such as building materials, power, metallurgy, etc.  

Structure: Adopting umbrella gear planetary gear transmission, the reducer is integrated with the grinder, and the output flange is directly connected to the grinding disc to transmit torque while bearing pressure from the grinding roller.  

All gears are made of * * alloy steel and undergo carburizing quenching and grinding processes. The sun gear and planetary gear are modified using proprietary technology, and the tooth roots are subjected to shot peening strengthening treatment.  

All gears undergo ultrasonic testing during the billet stage and after precision machining, and the main welds of the casing and planetary carrier are also subjected to ultrasonic testing; Utilizing advanced welding equipment and welding processes to ensure high strength and rigidity between the planetary carrier and the casing.  

The main components such as gears, shafts, and casings adopt balanced design technology. The pressure of pulverized coal is directly transmitted to the foundation through a circular reducer box with uniform stiffness distribution. The reducer housing adopts a circular symmetrical design, and the rigidity is strengthened, resulting in extremely high machining accuracy.  

When the reducer model is larger than JMLX100, the planetary carrier output shaft and output flange adopt a drum shaped flexible connection to reduce the impact of changes in working load on the gear pair.  

Adopting non-contact mechanical seal, no oil leakage, no need to replace seals.  

Adopting a dynamic static pressure and static pressure lubrication system makes lubrication and oil film safer and more reliable.  

All rolling bearings have a fatigue life greater than 80000 hours; The carefully designed sliding bearings and reliable oil supply system ensure high reliability of operation.  

This series of reducers has the characteristics of small size, light weight, high efficiency, low noise, smooth operation, and long service life.  

The main technical indicators of this series of reducers have reached the advanced level of similar international products.
