SH series three ring reducer

The three ring reducer is an advanced transmission machinery that can be widely used in many fields such as mining, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, rubber and plastic, engineering, lifting and transportation, and light industry. It can generally replace gear planetary reducers, cycloidal pinwheel reducers, multi-stage cylindrical gear reducers, and worm gear reducers.  

The characteristics of the three ring reducer:

1. Strong load-bearing capacity, long service life, with 9 to 18 pairs of teeth entering the meshing area simultaneously, capable of withstanding an overload of 2.7 times, and an output torque of 469KN. m.  

2. Large transmission ratio, dense grading, single-stage ranging from 7.5 to 99, two-stage up to 11000, with a step difference of about 1.1 times.  

3. Smooth operation, noise level less than 78dB, and vibration amplitude less than 0.025MM.

4. High efficiency, with a single level of 92% to 96%.  

5. Compact structure, small size, light weight, two-thirds smaller than ordinary cylindrical gear reducers.  

6. Easy to assemble, disassemble and maintain, parallel axis, few vulnerable parts, easy to replace, no need for special materials and heat treatment.  

7. Wide applicability, can be made into horizontal, vertical, flange connection and combination transmission structures, and can also be configured for transmission of specialized equipment. It has multiple shaft ends and can be used for synchronous transmission of multiple motors or driving control devices. There are many assembly types and derivative series.
