The hard tooth surface reducer is made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel that has been carburized and quenched. Mainly used in fields such as metallurgy, mining, cranes, transportation, construction, chemical industry, textiles, and printing and dyeing water treatment.


Hard tooth surface reducers play an irreplaceable role in the crane industry, playing an almost decisive role in ensuring the economy of lifting systems. In stage equipment, they exist due to their low noise advantage, meeting the requirements of reliability and low noise. In airport equipment, the service life of hard tooth surface reducers is extremely long and wear-resistant, suitable for application systems of airport equipment, which can make the maintenance cost of airport equipment lower. In the food machinery industry, the application unit of hard tooth surface reducers in the food and beverage industry is designed for the mixing and stirring drive products of the food and beverage industry, which are very sturdy and durable.


High strength hard tooth reducer series


1. The reducer should be installed on a flat foundation. When the anchor screws are evenly tightened, it should be ensured that the screw inserted into the output shaft can rotate uniformly without any jamming, so as to avoid adding additional force to the output shaft and bearing and affecting the bearing life. Strong installation and disassembly of screws are not allowed.


The power input of reducers with specifications above 420 (including 420) is only allowed to be input through couplings. During installation, it should be ensured that the installation error of the coupling does not exceed the allowable range while the anchor screws are tightened. It is not allowed to align the coupling first and then tighten the foundation screws before leveling the foundation support, in order to avoid causing excessive additional torque to the input shaft. If the user really needs to use a V-belt input power, please specify this requirement when placing an order!


Specifications below 375 (including 375) allow the use of a V-belt for power input. Please try to use high-strength narrow V-belts as much as possible! And the triangular pulley should be fully machined and balanced in rotation. The use of high-strength narrow V-belts can reduce tension and use the center of resultant force close to the inner side of the input shaft. It is very advantageous to reduce the additional bending moment acting on the outer section of the front bearing point. During the initial installation of the V-belt, the midpoint of the tight edge of the V-belt should be pressed under an external force of 2-3 kilograms to produce a deformation of 8-10mm.


Due to the small center distance of the hard tooth reducer, it is not possible to configure larger bearings and the shaft neck is also thinner. Whether the alignment of the coupling and the tension of the V-belt meet the above requirements will directly affect the input shaft and bearings, as well as the service life of the entire machine!


After the installation of the reducer is completed, inject lubricating oil to the upper center of the oil mirror. The oil level should be determined after the lubricating oil is evenly distributed in the tank. After the reducer is running, the oil level should be checked regularly. In any case, the oil level should not be lower than the lower center of the oil mirror position. After the first 300-600 hours of use, the oil should be changed once. Change the oil every 3000 hours in the future. The replacement should be carried out when the gearbox is stopped and the lubricating oil has not cooled down. The box should be rinsed clean with oil of the same quality. If it is not suitable to rinse due to high oil viscosity, it can be heated first.


In the suction circuit with forced lubrication, there is a TF type external self sealing oil suction filter with extremely advanced and complete functions. This filter has the following functions:


(1) When opening the front cover and removing the filter element, the built-in self sealing valve automatically closes, cutting off the oil circuit and preventing oil from flowing out of the oil pool.


(2) A transmitter with green, yellow, and red colors that can display the clogged status of the filter element at any time. When there is a severe blockage, the transmitter will send a signal to remind the user to stop the machine for cleaning or replacing the filter element.


(3) After sending the message, if the user still does not clean and the filter element becomes clogged, the bypass in the cleaner will open on its own, and the lubricating oil will not circulate through the filter element.
