Maintenance and installation

1 A、 Installation Procedure for Mixing Device


1. Fix the installation bottom cover to the channel steel well frame or top cover flange (when using a kettle tank) (note: the installation bottom cover must be kept horizontal during connection).


2. Place the mixing shaft into the tank (if the mixing shaft is in multiple sections, it can be placed in sections or connected as a whole according to the installation situation on site before being placed.)


3. Disassemble the support bracket of the reducer (if the reducer is already connected to the frame as a whole during installation, perform this step; otherwise, omit this step).


4. Connect and fix the bracket to the installation bottom cover that has been installed in * * steps.


5. Connection between mixing shaft and bracket:


Connected to a double pivot (SJ type) rack, with a double pivot bracket structure


Preparation for installation of pivot point: The lower pivot point is equipped with a self-aligning bearing, which has a tightening sleeve with a nut and locking plate on the tightening sleeve. The inner hole of the bearing is a conical spiral bevel gear reducer. Maintenance and installation methods


Installation steps:


① Open the sealing cover under the lower pivot point, and then cover it on the mixing shaft.


② At this point, you can see a self-aligning bearing with a tightening sleeve. Loosen the nut on the tightening sleeve to the point where it is about to detach but has not yet.


B、 Preparation for installation of upper support point: The upper support point is a shaft sleeve made of 45 # steel, and there is a keyway on the inner hole of the shaft sleeve (after the lower support point bearing is ready, the mixing shaft can be threaded through the shaft sleeve from bottom to top).


C、 After the preparation of steps A and B, use lifting tools to lift the mixing shaft up and pass through the two pivot bearings of the bracket. After hoisting in place, tighten the nuts on the upper and lower supports in sequence with the locking plate, and then place the sealing cover on top.


(2) Connected to a single pivot (DJ type) rack:


Support pivot point description: The pivot point is a 45 # steel shaft sleeve, and there is a keyway in the inner hole of the shaft sleeve;


Installation preparation: Align the key on the mixing shaft with the keyway on the support pivot shaft sleeve in a straight line;


Installation: 1. Thread the mixing shaft through the shaft sleeve from bottom to top;


2. Thread the stirring shaft head through the circular nut stop washer and through the circular nut, tighten the circular nut, and fix the teeth (at least one) on the stop washer that correspond to the groove of the circular nut by bending and fixing them in the groove to lock the circular nut and prevent loosening.


1. Lift the gearbox above the frame:


① Connect the mixing shaft and the output shaft of the reducer with a coupling and fix them;


② Connect and fix the reducer to the frame.


2. Install the lower shaft of the mixing shaft (if present and not yet integrated with the upper shaft).


3. Install the mixer (detachable):


① Insert the shaft sleeve onto the mixing shaft and tighten it with the top screw.


② Match the factory label (if marked) on the agitator blades with the agitator shaft sleeve, and tighten them with bolts.

4. Installation completed.


(1 ) Installation technical requirements


The gasket ensures that the horizontal deviation of the upper end face of the rack is not greater than 0.15mm.


2. The horizontal deviation of the upper surface of the groove top well beam at the inlet of the mixing shaft shall not exceed 1.2mm.


3. After the installation of the mixing system is completed, manually rotate the disc and ensure that the lower end of the mixing shaft swings radially no more than 1.0-1.5mm.


4. Rotate clockwise when viewed from top to bottom, and do not reverse; Otherwise, the power should be immediately cut off and the connection of the power supply should be checked and adjusted.


5. After the installation of the mixing device, manual turning should be carried out without any jamming, collision, excessive resistance, etc. Then, water should be added for a trial run of not less than 1 hour, and there should be no abnormal vibration or noise. The motor and reducer should have no abnormal heating phenomenon.


6. It is necessary to strictly follow the instructions for using the reducer to add lubricating oil and change the oil regularly.


(2) Use and maintenance of mixing device


1. During use, always pay attention to checking whether there is any abnormal noise in the bearing of the reducer bracket. If any abnormal noise is found, please promptly identify the cause and carry out maintenance and repair.


2. Regularly check the working condition of the output shaft oil seal and bearing oil seal of the reducer to see if there is any oil leakage or seepage. Replace the lubricating oil inside the gearbox box according to the gearbox manual, and replace the winter lubricating oil in winter.


3. Regularly check the wear of the mixer and whether the fastening bolts are loose.


4. Operation precautions: During operation, be careful not to start the motor when the stirring blade is buried in the solid sediment layer. If a sudden power outage causes the mixer to stop rotating and remain unused for a period of time or for a long time, and the mixing blades are buried in the solid sediment layer, the motor cannot be started directly. Manual turning or other methods should be used to suspend the solid layer before starting the motor. Otherwise, it will cause damage to the motor, reducer, and other key components
