1、 Regarding the gearbox with oil level plug

Check the oil level to see if it is qualified; Device oil level plug.

2、 Oil replacement

After cooling, the viscosity of the oil increases and it is difficult to drain the oil. The gearbox should change the oil at operating temperature. Block the power supply to avoid electric shock! Wait for the gearbox to cool down and stop without any risk of burning!

3、 Precautions

Inject new oil with the same trademark; The oil quantity should be consistent with the orientation of the device; Check the oil level at the oil level plug; Tighten the oil level plug and vent; When changing the oil, the gearbox should still be kept warm; Place an oil pan under the drain plug; Open the oil level plug, vent, and drain plug; Remove all the oil; Install the drain plug.

4、 Checking the oil level

5、 Oil inspection
