On September 16th, the establishment meeting of the Cycloid Planetary Gear Sub Technical Committee of the National Gear Standardization Technical Committee was held in Taixing City. This is also a sub technical committee of the Taizhou * * National Standardization Professional Technical Committee, which will better promote the substantive participation of Taizhou enterprises in the formulation and revision of national and industry standards in this industry, and help Taizhou enterprises compete for the right to speak on standards and expand their influence within the industry.
Cycloid planetary gear is a gear device that combines cycloid structure and planetary structure to transmit speed and torque. In recent years, the technology of cycloidal planetary gear transmission for robots has become one of the main battlefields of national scientific and technological strength competition, and it is also one of the areas where China is expected to achieve localization in high-tech research and application. The Cycloid Planetary Gear Technical Committee is the only sub committee of the National Gear Standardization Technical Committee. It will develop a standard system and work plan for the field of cycloidal planetary gear technology based on the standardization needs, actively lead and participate in the formulation and revision of national and industry standards, organize the promotion and application of standards in this field, and promote the high-quality development of the gear industry.
In recent years, Taixing City has always regarded standardization as an important lever to support high-quality development and lead economic transformation and upgrading. It has undertaken three working groups of the National Standardization Committee, led the formulation and revision of two international standards, led or participated in the formulation and revision of 94 national standards and 77 industry standards, and established 8 * * standardization pilot demonstration projects and 18 provincial-level projects. Standardization has become a consensus throughout Taixing. Jiangsu Zhonggong High end Equipment Research Institute Co., Ltd., which undertakes the work of the Secretariat of the Technical Committee, is located in Taixing. It has been actively establishing technical cooperation and regular contacts with research institutes and well-known enterprises in the field of gear transmission devices, participating in national key project research, continuously improving the visibility of Taixing gear transmission device production enterprises in the national industry, and effectively enhancing the discourse power of the center and related enterprises in the technical field.
Zhang Hangang, Director of the Taizhou Market Supervision Bureau, expressed the hope that the Cycloid Planetary Gear Sub Technical Committee of the National Gear Standardization Technical Committee will conscientiously implement the "National Standardization Development Outline", fully play the leading role of standards, timely interpret major policies, key work and important standards of standardization, disseminate standardization concepts, popularize standardization knowledge, guide enterprises to actively participate in domestic and international standardization organization activities, develop and apply for international, national and industry standards, and form a group of high-level and leading standards that are comparable to international advanced levels, have obvious leading and demonstrative effects, and have independent intellectual property rights.
